The headline measure, and the one used to compare neighbourhoods within their own nation. It combines seven weighted domains — income, employment, education, health, crime, barriers to housing and services, and living environment — into a single ranking. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each publish their own version, so this ranks a neighbourhood only against others in the same nation.
